Position: Receptionist

Summary: Receptionist at a small, local, family owned solar installation company with a friendly atmosphere. We install solar and electric systems for commercial and residential clients. As a receptionist, you are tasked with client interaction and task management through CRM software. You will work closely with installation technicians for each project, while answering to the General Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answering phones, working leads to schedule home appointments for solar savings estimates
  • Gathering electric bills, confirming appointments
  • Following up with potential customers, scheduling installations
  • Working with installation team and customers post-sale to ensure effective communication and met expectations
  • Requesting and calling on customer referrals to book appointments
  • Requesting reviews and scheduling post-installation appointments/inspections
  • Managing multiple calendars, prioritize and plan work activities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Coordinating and overseeing installation of multiple residential projects
  • Producing and revising master schedules including constructions and key deliverables
  • Monitoring, documenting, and inputting progress reports to client and management via online software
  • Other duties as assigned
