What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2 charging?

Level 1 uses a standard 120-volt outlet and adds only a few miles of range per hour. A Level 2 charger runs on 240 volts and charges many times faster, which is why it is the standard for home installs.

Do I need a panel upgrade?

Sometimes. If your electrical panel is full or does not have enough capacity, we may need to add a circuit or upgrade the panel. We check this during your assessment and include it in the quote.

How long does the installation take?
